Veterinario/a Urgencias - Hospital Referencia 24h - Bilbao

The Vet Office busca un/a veterinari@ junior para incorporarse al servicio de urgencias y hospitalización de un hospital de referencia. Esta posición está diseñada para profesionales recién graduados o con poca experiencia que deseen consolidar conocimientos en un entorno clínico con soporte, formación continua y casuística variada.

Perfil buscado

  • Veterinari@ con interés en urgencias, medicina interna y hospitalización.
  • Motivación por aprender, asumir responsabilidades progresivamente y trabajar en equipo.
  • Se valoran positivamente perfiles junior o recién titulados.
  • Actitud proactiva, responsabilidad y ganas de crecer profesionalmente.

Condiciones y estructura de turnos

  • Turnos fijos de 12 horas.
  • Entre 3 y 4 días laborales por semana, según rotación.
  • Una semana completa libre cada 6 semanas (muy por encima del estándar).
  • Combinación de turnos 7:00 -19:00 (día) y 19:00 - 7:00 (noche).
  • Rotación pensada para favorecer el descanso y evitar sobrecarga.

Horario - rotación completa - 6 semanas.

Semana 1 - Turnos de día

  • Lunes: 7:00-19:00
  • Martes: 7:00-19:00
  • Miércoles: 7:00-19:00
  • Jueves: 7:00-19:00
  • Viernes, sábado y domingo: OFF

Semana 2 - Turnos de noche

  • Lunes: 19:00 - 7:00
  • Martes: 19:00 - 7:00
  • Miércoles: 19:00 - 7:00
  • Jueves: 19:00 - 7:00
  • Viernes, sábado y domingo: OFF

Semana 3 - Fin de semana largo de día

  • Lunes a Jueves: OFF
  • Viernes: 7:00-19:00
  • Sábado: 7:00-19:00
  • Domingo: 7:00-19:00

Semana 4 - Turnos sólo de fin de semana

  • Lunes a Jueves: OFF
  • Viernes: 9:00-21:00
