The posting

Un centro veterinario de referencia 24 horas, especializado principalmente en urgencias y recepción de casos remitidos, incorpora un/a Veterinario/a de Urgencias y Hospitalización con al menos 2 años de experiencia.

El centro cuenta con una alta casuística, servicio de diagnóstico por imagen especializado, 2 quirófanos completamente equipados, 4 salas de hospitalización y consultas de especialidad, formando parte de un equipo de 44 profesionales.

Perfil y funciones

  • Manejo autónomo de consultas de urgencias.
  • Gestión de pacientes hospitalizados y UCI.
  • Capacidad de toma de decisiones clínicas.
  • Buen trato con pacientes, tutores y centros remitentes.
  • Se valorará experiencia en diagnóstico por imagen.
  • Los turnos nocturnos se realizan siempre con acompañamiento de otro/a profesional del equipo.

Condiciones

  • Salario: 35.000 – 40.000 € brutos anuales.
  • Nocturnidades, horas extra y festivos abonados adicionalmente.
  • Turnos con 1 hora de solapamiento para garantizar la continuidad y seguimiento de los pacientes.
  • Un mes de formación inicial acompañado por otro profesional del equipo.
  • Contrato estable.
  • Incorporación inmediata.

Horario

Turnos rotativos de 4 semanas:

  • Semana 1: L-M-X libres / J-V de 08:00 a 16:00 h / S de 15:00 a 03:00 h / D libre.
  • Semana 2: L-M-X de 21:00 a 09:00 h / J-V-S-D libres.
  • Semana 3: L-M-X-J libres / V-S-D de 21:00 a 09:00 h.
  • Semana 4: L libre / M-X-J de 15:00 a 23:00 h / V-S-D libres.

Los turnos nocturnos cuentan con el acompañamiento de otro/a profesional del equipo. El horario incluye una hora de solapamiento entre turnos para garantizar la continuidad asistencial.

Formación y desarrollo

El centro apuesta especialmente por la formación práctica y continuada, con aproximadamente una semana al mes destinada a formación.

Actualmente existen posibilidades de formación en:

  • Urgencias y hospitalización.
  • Diagnóstico por imagen: ecografía, radiología y TAC.
  • Cirugía y anestesia.

La formación se realiza junto a veterinarios/as senior especializados, con posibilidad adicional de realizar posgrados financiados por la empresa con Grupo Improve.
