VETERINARIO/A JUNIOR URGENCIAS Y CUIDADOS INTENSIVOS

Hospital Veterinario de Referencia Barcelona

The Vet Office selecciona veterinarios/as junior o recién graduados/as para integrarse en el equipo de un reconocido hospital veterinario de referencia situado en la Avenida Diagonal de Barcelona, con más de 30 años de experiencia en atención de urgencias, cuidados intensivos, cirugía avanzada y medicina interna.

Se ofrece una oportunidad ideal para comenzar tu carrera profesional en un entorno altamente especializado, con supervisión continua, formación estructurada y posibilidad real de desarrollo a medio y largo plazo.

Sobre el hospital:

  • Centro de referencia en pleno centro de Barcelona
  • Especializado en urgencias, UCI, cirugía avanzada (ortopedia, neurología y tejidos blandos)
  • Instalaciones punteras: RX digital, ecografía, TAC, laboratorio interno, quirófanos totalmente equipados, UCI con ventilador y monitorización intensiva
  • Equipo consolidado: 7 veterinarios/as (incluyendo supervisores senior), 5-6 ATVs por turno

Condiciones laborales:

  • Contrato indefinido a jornada completa (40 horas semanales de media) Posibilidad de menos horas con salario proporcional
  • Turnos rotativos: Noches: 9 o 12 horas Días: 7,5 o 12 horas Fines de semana: 12 horas (día o noche)
  • Salario anual bruto: entre 23.000 y 26.000 , en función de turnos y experiencia
  • Turnos pactables según disponibilidad y progresión

Formación y acompañamiento:

  • Supervisión directa por veterinarios/as senior durante todos los turnos
  • 1-2 ATVs por turno
  • Plan de formación interna continua: Sesiones clínicas semanales (presenciales u online) Acceso a plataforma formativa Formación específica en urgencias, medicina interna y cirugía
  • Veterinario/a y ATV de retén disponibles en todo momento
  • Posibilidad de acceder a másteres o formación externa en función del desempeño y compromiso
