Opis projektu

Nasz klient to jedna z największych platform e-commerce w Europie, z której codziennie korzystają miliony użytkowników. Firma łączy sprzedawców – od małych biznesów po globalne marki – z klientami, oferując ogromny wybór produktów, szybkie dostawy i dopracowane doświadczenie zakupowe.

Zakres roli

  • Wsparcie projektów pricingowych oraz realizacja zaawansowanych analiz biznesowych.
  • Analiza dużych zbiorów danych (Big Data) i wyciąganie wniosków wspierających decyzje biznesowe.
  • Przygotowywanie analiz dotyczących podwyżek i obniżek cen oraz formułowanie rekomendacji biznesowych.
  • Współpraca ze stakeholderami biznesowymi i aktywny udział w spotkaniach dotyczących wyników analiz.
  • Proponowanie rozwiązań analitycznych oraz możliwości automatyzacji procesów.
  • Przygotowywanie dashboardów i raportów wspierających monitoring kluczowych KPI.
  • Udział w projektach związanych z Lookerem, automatyzacją oraz wykorzystaniem AI.
  • Współpraca z zespołami technicznymi przy rozwijaniu i usprawnianiu procesów analitycznych.

Wymagania „must have”

  • Minimum kilku lat doświadczenia na stanowisku Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość SQL i Pythona oraz doświadczenie w pracy z dużymi zbiorami danych.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie z Google Cloud Platform (GCP), mile widziane BigQuery.
  • Znajomość narzędzi ETL, mile widziane doświadczenie z Airflow.
  • Doświadczenie w analizach biznesowych w obszarze finansów, bankowości, e-commerce lub FMCG.
  • Umiejętność samodzielnego prowadzenia analiz od zdefiniowania problemu do przygotowania rekomendacji.
  • Umiejętność współpracy ze stakeholderami biznesowymi oraz prezentowania wyników analiz w przystępny sposób.

Nice to have

  • Mile widziane doświadczenie z Lookerem / Looker Studio lub innymi narzędziami BI.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w projektach związanych z automatyzacją, AI lub agentic AI.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w środowisku reklamowym / AdTech.
