Designing a vertical-specific user experience for the automotive category as part of company’s key strategic initiative, aimed at transforming the platform from a general-purpose marketplace into a collection of specialized “stores within a store.”

The role:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot.

  • Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools as part of the daily software development workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, UX Designers, and other engineers to translate product and business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Occasionally contribute to areas beyond the backend, including web or mobile development, depending on project needs.
  • Ability to effectively use AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, or other agentic coding tools, as part of your daily development workflow.
  • Strong proficiency in both Kotlin and Java.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
