Als Medewerker Crediteuren zorg jij ervoor dat onze financiële basis staat als een huis. Dankzij jouw werk worden facturen correct verwerkt en betalingen op tijd uitgevoerd. Je krijgt de ruimte om te leren, verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en mee te denken over hoe dingen slimmer kunnen.

Over The Floral Connection

Wij zorgen ervoor dat wekelijks miljoenen bloemen en planten hun weg vinden naar (food)retailers in meer dan 20 landen in Europa. Dat doen we met zo’n 175 collega’s vanuit het hart van de bloemenwereld: Aalsmeer en De Kwakel. The Floral Connection is onderdeel van Dutch Flower Group. Onze missie? Together we grow your flower and plant business in a sustainable way. We werken in een informele, ondernemende omgeving waar samenwerken, verbeteren en plezier maken hand in hand gaan.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het Finance team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de crediteurenadministratie klopt en dat leveranciers op tijd worden betaald. Je hebt dagelijks contact met leveranciers en stemt intern af met collega’s binnen Finance en andere afdelingen.

In jouw rol houd je je onder andere bezig met:

  • het verwerken, controleren en boeken van inkomende facturen
  • het bewaken van betaaltermijnen en voorbereiden van betalingen
  • contact met leveranciers bij vragen of afwijkingen
  • het signaleren en oplossen van factuurverschillen
  • het aanleveren van input voor de maandafsluiting

Daarnaast kijk je verder dan je eigen taken. Zie je kansen om processen te verbeteren of dingen efficiënter in te richten? Dan krijg je bij ons de ruimte om mee te denken en initiatief te nemen. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s binnen Finance.

Wie ben jij?

Jij werkt graag gestructureerd en houdt overzicht, ook als er meerdere dingen tegelijk spelen. Je communiceert makkelijk en voelt je prettig in een team waar samenwerken centraal staat. Je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen — motivatie, leergierigheid en nauwkeurigheid vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.

Verder herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een financiële of bedrijfskundige richting
  • interesse in financiële administratie en crediteurenbeheer
  • je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en houdt overzicht
  • goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en basiskennis van Engels
  • ervaring met financiële systemen en Excel is een pré
