Location: Chicago Marriott Northwest Address: 4800 Hoffman Blvd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60192 Pay: $18 – $25 per hour, depending on experience Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Transportation / Hotel Operations

JOB SUMMARY

Chicago Marriott Northwest is seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to provide safe and courteous transportation for hotel guests, employees, and authorized visitors. The ideal candidate must have a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and a strong commitment to passenger safety and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely operate the hotel shuttle vehicle according to all applicable laws and safety regulations.
  • Transport guests to and from designated locations, including airports, businesses, and nearby destinations.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to hotel guests.
  • Assist guests with luggage when needed.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
  • Maintain the shuttle vehicle in a clean and presentable condition.
  • Follow established hotel transportation schedules and routes.
  • Report vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate transportation and mileage records.
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and hotel management regarding guest transportation needs.
  • Follow all company, hotel, and transportation safety policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is required.
  • Clean and acceptable driving record.
  • Previous shuttle, commercial driving, hotel, or passenger transportation experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to assist guests with luggage.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

COMPENSATION

$18 – $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
