The posting

The Treasury Officer coordinates the efficient operation of the Vault by ensuring that all packages are received and stored in accordance with Beryllium's Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities: Completes logs and reports accurately and in compliance with relevant company policies; Ensures adherence to policies which address custody and the custody transfer of all items in the vault; Ensures that the crews cell phones and handheld devices are charged overnight; Reports breaches promptly; Demonstrates accountability for the sensitive resources associated with the role; Displays accuracy in the execution of all aspects of work; Maintains confidentiality at all times; Any other duties assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

A minimum of five (5) subjects at the CSEC level, including Mathematics and English Language Two (2) or more years of experience in a similar environment Sound organizational and leadership skills Customer service oriented Strong oral and written communication skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Good working knowledge of computers and software Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays and for extended hours.
