Wat ga je doen?

Als Bartender ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het bereiden van innovatieve en internationaal bekende cocktails volgens de kwaliteitsstandaarden van Ferilli's Hospitality Group.
  • Het waarborgen van de hoogste kwaliteit op het gebied van bereiding, presentatie en smaak van cocktails en andere dranken.
  • Het ondersteunen van het serviceteam tijdens de dagelijkse operatie.
  • Het continu ontwikkelen van jouw vaardigheden als mixologist en het uitbreiden van je vakkennis.
  • Het zorgvuldig volgen van recepturen, richtlijnen en veiligheidsnormen rondom dranken.
  • Het bewaken van de netheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit binnen alle bargebieden.
  • Het bijdragen aan een positieve, professionele en collegiale werksfeer.
