Als Medewerker Bedieningbij PARK Café-Restaurant in Hotel Arena Amsterdam ben jij degene die van een lunch, borrel of diner een complete beleving maakt. In het monumentale hotel aan het Oosterpark ontmoet een divers publiek elkaar: hotelgasten, Amsterdammers, zakelijke bezoekers en cultuurliefhebbers. Jij voelt precies aan wat een gast nodig heeft, geeft persoonlijk advies over gerechten en dranken en zorgt ervoor dat iedere tafel de aandacht krijgt die past bij de gastvrijheid van Hotel Arena. Wat ga je doen?

Als Medewerker Bediening ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het verzorgen van jouw eigen wijk binnen PARK Café-Restaurant.
  • Het adviseren van gasten over gerechten en dranken.
  • Het bieden van persoonlijke, attente en gastvrije service.
  • Het bewaken van een hoog serviceniveau gedurende de gehele shift.
  • Het creëren van een complete restaurantbeleving voor iedere gast.
  • Het zorgen dat gasten zich welkom, gezien en uitstekend verzorgd voelen.
  • Het bijdragen aan een consistente kwaliteit, uitstraling en gastvrijheid binnen het restaurant.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de horeca of in de bediening.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw werkzaamheden en de gastbeleving.
  • Je ontvangt gasten met een glimlach en weet jouw enthousiasme ook over te brengen op collega's.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
  • Je woont in Amsterdam of de directe omgeving.
