The posting

Sommige horecazaken draaien om goed eten. Andere om sfeer. En een heel enkele zaak draait volledig om herinneringen die gasten nog jaren navertellen. Voor een populair feestcafé in het centrum van Amsterdam zoeken wij een ondernemende Bedrijfsleider die energie krijgt van een volle zaak, een leuk gezellig team en een doelgroep die vooral bestaat uit studenten en young professionals. De locatie is slechts drie dagen per week geopend (donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdag). Wil je meer werken dan 24 uur? Dan vul je jouw uren aan met werkzaamheden binnen andere horeca locaties van dezelfde organisatie of bouw je actief aan relaties met studentenverenigingen en evenementen in Amsterdam.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Bedrijfsleider ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere avond soepel verloopt, het team scherp staat en gasten een geweldige avond beleven.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het horecateam.
  • Plannen van personeel en bewaken van de bezetting.
  • Zorgen voor een uitstekende gastbeleving.
  • Meedenken over acties, evenementen en studentengerichte activiteiten.
  • Onderhouden en uitbreiden van contacten met studentenverenigingen en andere relevante netwerken.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en bedrijfsresultaten.
  • Ondersteunen van andere locaties binnen de organisatie wanneer nodig.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent iemand die makkelijk contact legt, zichtbaar aanwezig is op de vloer en begrijpt hoe je jouw team én een studentenpubliek enthousiasmeert.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Minimaal enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring binnen horeca, uitgaan of evenementen.
  • Vergelijkbaar energieniveau en affiniteit met de doelgroep.
  • Affiniteit met studenten, evenementen en het Amsterdamse uitgaansleven.
  • Een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl waarbij je coacht én meewerkt.
  • Organisatietalent en het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren tijdens drukke avonden.
  • Flexibiliteit om voornamelijk op donderdag-, vrijdag- en zaterdagavond te werken.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Een dienstverband van 24, 32 of 36 uur per week naar keuze.
  • Bij een contract boven de 24 uur worden de extra uren ingevuld met werkzaamheden binnen andere horeca locaties of studentennetwerkactiviteiten.
  • Veel vrijheid om ideeën uit te voeren en jezelf te ontwikkelen.
  • Werken binnen een professionele horecagroep met meerdere bekende concepten in Amsterdam.
