Voor een sfeervol hotel-restaurant in de regio Utrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Restaurant Manager. Je komt terecht in een gastvrije en dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit, persoonlijke service en een goede teamsfeer centraal staan. Samen met de chef geef je leiding aan een enthousiast horecateam en zorg je ervoor dat iedere dienst soepel verloopt

Wat ga je doen?

Als Restaurant Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team en stuurt de dagelijkse werkzaamheden aan.
  • Je zorgt dat gasten gedurende de hele dag kunnen rekenen op een goede service.
  • Je maakt planningen, houdt de personeelsbezetting in de gaten en regelt wat nodig is voor een soepele dienst.
  • Je helpt medewerkers groeien en zorgt voor een prettige samenwerking binnen het team.
  • Je houdt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening scherp in de gaten.
  • Je pakt praktische uitdagingen direct op en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je regelt onder andere bestellingen, leverancierscontact en de bijbehorende administratie.
  • Je denkt mee over nieuwe ideeën rondom het aanbod, commerciële kansen en activiteiten.
  • Samen met je team zorg je voor een gastvrije sfeer waarin hard gewerkt én gelachen wordt.

  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in de horeca.
  • Je weet van aanpakken en houdt graag de touwtjes in handen.

  • Gastvrijheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou voorop.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de avonden en weekenden.
  • Je ziet kansen, denkt commercieel en speelt goed in op ontwikkelingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor veiligheid en hygiëne.
  • Je vindt het belangrijk dat zowel gasten als collega’s met een goed gevoel vertrekken.
