Chez Theodo HealthTech, l'entité experte en santé, nous accompagnons tous les acteurs de la santé dans le développement des dispositifs médicaux digitaux sur-mesure. Grâce à notre expérience du Lean et de la tech, combinées à notre connaissance de la santé, nous concevons et développons des dispositifs médicaux numériques qui s'intègrent dans le parcours de soins des patients (thérapies digitales - DTx, essais cliniques virtualisés, parcours de soins digitalisés). Notre but est de réaliser des produits qui changent la vie de leurs utilisateurs, qu'ils soient soignants ou patients.

Ton équipe :

Tu intègres une équipe projet composée de développeurs, de designers et d'un Lead Product Manager.

Leur rôle : concevoir des produits de qualité, les livrer dans les temps, avec un excellent niveau de service.

Ton objectif en tant qu'Associate Product Manager est d’aider l’équipe à maximiser la valeur du produit en priorisant et livrant des fonctionnalités de qualité à ton client.

Tes futures missions :

- Piloter le delivery en appliquant la méthodologie Lean : prioriser les features, rédiger des user stories claires et s’assurer de respecter les jalons pour délivrer dans les temps.

- Collaborer avec ton client pour comprendre ses besoins, challenger ses idées et co-construire des solutions digitales à forte valeur ajoutée.

Profil recherché :

- Tu es diplômé(e) d'une grande école d'ingénieur

- Tu souhaites participer à la conception de produits à fort impact business

- Tu as un excellent relationnel et sera à l’aise en face de nos clients

- Tu es passionné par la tech, et tu as de bonnes connaissances sur ce sujet

- Tu as une énorme envie d’apprendre, de challenger et d’être challengé(e) pour progresser
