Du concret, du user-centric, du fort trafic. Un de nos clients e-commerce à très fort trafic mise sur un design centralisé pour construire des expériences qui comptent vraiment. Tes décisions de design vont impacter directement l'expérience de millions d'utilisateurs B2C.

Tes missions

  • Mener des recherches utilisateur pour identifier besoins et frustrations
  • Concevoir des parcours fluides et des interfaces interactives (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision)
  • Garantir la cohérence produit en lien avec les équipes internes
  • Conduire des tests utilisateurs pour affiner et valider les solutions
  • Veiller au respect des standards d'ergonomie et d'accessibilité
  • Analyser les comportements utilisateurs avec Hotjar et Contentsquare
  • Participer à la communauté design TOS

Ton terrain de jeu tech

  • Outils : Figma, Adobe XD, InVision
  • Analytics : Hotjar, Contentsquare
  • Méthodologie : Design Thinking, UX/UI, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), Atomic Design
  • Méthodologie : Agile / Scrum

Profil recherché

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en UX/UI dans l'e-commerce, post-diplôme. Maîtrise des outils de conception, expérience solide en recherche utilisateur, aisance en travail collaboratif, expérience en gestion de design systems. À l'aise sur des contextes B2C à fort trafic, avec une approche méthodique centrée utilisateur.
