The One Studio, c'est une ESN qui a décidé de ne pas faire comme les autres. Pas de process figé, pas de langue de bois, pas de talents casés dans des cases. On accompagne des grands groupes, des scale-ups et des startups sur leurs projets tech, product et design, avec une conviction simple : la qualité d'une mission dépend d'abord de la qualité des gens qui la portent.

Et parmi ces gens, il y a nos freelances.

Comment nous rejoindre

Simple : tu postules. Pas de process à rallonge, pas de dossier à remplir pendant trois heures. Tu nous envoies ton profil, ton métier, ton expertise, et on prend le relais.

À partir de là, deux choses se mettent en place pour toi.

-> Tu reçois les missions qui te correspondent. Dès qu'une opportunité colle à ton métier et à ton niveau d'expertise, tu en es informé. Pas de spam d'offres hors sujet, on te sollicite quand ça a du sens pour toi. Et avant de se lancer, on prend le temps d'organiser une rencontre pour faire connaissance.

C'est notre communauté de freelances : ceux qui sont en mission chez nous aujourd'hui, ceux qui l'ont été hier, et ceux qui le seront demain.
