The Part-Time Center Associate will provide excellent customer service and support daily operations at The UPS Store #4267 in Norfolk, NE. This role involves assisting customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other store services while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with their shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox needs.
  • Process shipments using UPS and other carrier systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Manage cash register transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
  • Support inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
  • Provide product and service information to customers to help meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Experience with retail or shipping services is a plus but not required.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
