Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Data Engineer (all genders) entwickelst Du gemeinsam mit uns moderne und produktionsreife Datenplattformen in der Cloud. In unseren agilen Kundenprojekten gestaltest Du skalierbare Datenarchitekturen, zuverlässige Datenpipelines und konsistente Datenintegrationen; vom ersten technischen Konzept bis zum stabilen produktiven Betrieb.

  • Als Senior Data Engineer (all genders) konzipierst, entwickelst und betreibst Du moderne Datenplattformen und Data Pipelines in der Cloud.
  • Du entwickelst zuverlässige ETL- und ELT-Prozesse und sorgst für einen konsistenten Datenfluss zwischen unterschiedlichen Systemen.
  • Du arbeitest mit Technologien wie Python, SQL, Spark beziehungsweise PySpark und Databricks.
  • Du automatisierst Cloud-Infrastrukturen und Deployments mithilfe von Infrastructure as Code, insbesondere Terraform.
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Cloud Engineers und Cloud Architekt stellst Du Datenqualität, Sicherheit und den stabilen Betrieb der entwickelten Lösungen sicher.
  • Du bringst Deine Erfahrung aktiv in technische Entscheidungen ein und unterstützt weniger erfahrene Kolleg bei ihrer fachlichen Weiterentwicklung.

Technologien und Aufgabenbereiche können je nach Kundenprojekt variieren. Dadurch erhältst Du regelmäßig die Möglichkeit, neue Technologien kennenzulernen und Dein Wissen weiter auszubauen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Data Engineering, idealerweise in Beratungs- oder Entwicklungsprojekten.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und SQLsowie praktische Erfahrung mit PySpark und Databricks zeichnen Dich aus, und Du setzt sie routiniert in Datenverarbeitung und Prozessautomatisierung ein.
  • Du bringst fundierte Praxiserfahrung aus der Arbeit mit einer der großen Cloud-Plattformen mit, idealerweise AWS, gerne aber auch Azure oder Google Cloud.
  • ETL-Prozesse und Infrastructure as Code (insbesondere Terraform) gehören zu Deinem Handwerkszeug.
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis moderner Datenarchitekturen, Datenqualität und des stabilen Betriebs von Produktivsystemen.
  • Du hast ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und ein schnelles Verständnis für komplexe technische Sachverhalte.
  • Strukturiertes, ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Teamarbeit ist für Dich selbstverständlich und Du bringst Dich gerne aktiv ein.
  • In Deutsch und Englisch kommunizierst Du sicher, schriftlich wie im direkten Austausch.
