Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung skalierbarer Cloud-Infrastrukturen auf Basis von AWS. Als Senior DevOps Engineer (all genders) bist Du für die Konzeption, Implementierung und den stabilen Betrieb moderner Cloud- und Plattformlösungen verantwortlich und gestaltest aktiv effiziente Entwicklungs- und Betriebsprozesse mit.

  • Du baust AWS‑native Plattformen, inklusive Networking, Security, Compute und Data Services, und stellst deren Skalierbarkeit, Verfügbarkeit und Betrieb sicher.
  • Du baust und betreibst robuste CI/CD‑Pipelines auf Basis vonGitLab— vollständig automatisiert, reproduzierbar und sicher.
  • Du automatisierst Infrastruktur, Deployments und Plattformprozesse mit Python und AWS CDK auf AWS‑native Weise.
  • Du verantwortest Observability für unsere AWS‑Plattformen (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus) und leitest daraus Optimierungen ab.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler:innen, Architekt:innen und ProductOwnern stellst Du einen reibungslosen Produktionsbetrieb sicher.
  • Du setzt AWS-Sicherheitsstandards um — inklusive IAM‑Design, Secrets Management, Auditability (CloudTrail) und Härtung produktiver Umgebungen.
  • Du betreibst containerisierte Workloads auf AWS (ECS, Fargate, EC2) und entwickelst dafür automatisierte Deployment‑ und Betriebsprozesse.
  • Ergänzend dokumentierst Du Systeme, Prozesse und Architekturen nachvollziehbar und strukturiert.
  • Außerdem evaluierst Du neue Technologien und Tools, um unsere Plattform kontinuierlich zu optimieren.
  • Deine Erfahrung bringst Du gezielt ein, um Architekturentscheidungen mitzugestalten, Standards zu etablieren und die technische Qualität nachhaltig zu sichern.

Technologien und genaue Aufgabenbereiche können je nach Kundenprojekt variieren und bringen somit immer wieder die Chance, Neues zu lernen.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung (mindestens 4 Jahre) mit AWS, Python und Infrastructure as Code (insbesondere AWS CDK) mit und setzt diese gezielt zur Automatisierung und zum Aufbau stabiler Cloud-Infrastrukturen ein.
  • Auch im Bereich CI/CD verfügst Du über praktische Erfahrung, idealerweise mit GitLab, und verstehst, wie zuverlässige Deployment-Prozesse umgesetzt werden.
  • Mit containerbasierten Technologien wie ECS sowie zentralen AWS-Services wie IAM hast Du bereits gearbeitet und kennst deren Einsatz im produktiven Umfeld.
  • Komplexe Systemlandschaften kannst Du analysieren, weiterentwickeln und hinsichtlich Performance, Stabilität und Betrieb optimieren.
  • Idealerweise hast Du zusätzlich Erfahrung im Big Data Umfeld gesammelt, beispielsweise mit AWS Lake Formation, Glue oder StepFunctions.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und gerne im Team und bringst Deine Erfahrung aktiv in gemeinsame Lösungen ein.
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung aus regulierten oder KRITIS‑ähnlichen Umfeldern mit.
  • Deine sprachlichen und schriftlichen Fähigkeiten sind sehr gut, in Deutsch und Englisch.
