NOW HIRING: AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP BILLER

Kia Dealership | Northwest Indiana

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Biller to join our team!

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, meets deadlines, and understands the importance of accuracy in dealership accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and bill new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.
  • Review deal jackets for completeness, accuracy, and required documentation.
  • Verify contracts, vehicle information, rebates, incentives, and deal figures.
  • Process vehicle sales transactions within the dealership management system.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and accounting departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of all deals.
  • Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive dealership billing experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of dealership accounting procedures and vehicle sales documentation.
  • Experience with DealeTrack is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Dependable, professional, and committed to accuracy.
