What You’ll Do:

  • Build lasting customer relationships, helping them find their dream vehicle through attentive listening and personalized service.
  • Become a product expert, mastering the details of our vehicles, optional packages, and cutting-edge technology.
  • Deliver professional, high-energy demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to foster repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet objectives and drive results.
  • Thrive in a sales environment by confidently addressing customer needs and overcoming objections.

Who We’re Looking For:

No auto sales experience? No problem! We welcome motivated individuals from diverse backgrounds, including customer service, account management, financial services, mortgages, or hospitality. Many of our top performers started in these fields!

Qualifications:

  • Professional appearance and a positive, high-energy attitude.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to connect with customers.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
