Vi søker nå en resepsjonist til en 100%stilling hos oss. Arbeidstid er turnus, og vil være dag, kveld, og natt kan forekomme. Oppstart vil være januar. Søknader vil vurderes fortløpende

I resepsjonen er du ofte den første og siste personen gjestene våre møter. Du skaper gode opplevelser, løser små og store utfordringer og bidrar til at gjestene føler seg velkommen. Hos oss får du en variert arbeidshverdag med hyggelige kollegaer, verdifull erfaring innen service og muligheten til å utvikle deg i en av Norges største hotellkjeder.

Thon Hotel Alta ligger sentralt i Alta Sentrum, på toppen av kjøpesenteret Thon Senter Alta. Det er et perfekt utgangspunkt for å utforske Alta og de arktiske omgivelsene. Thon Hotel Alta er et moderne forretningshotell, som også er velegnet for feriereisende.

Ansvarsområder/arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Møte alle gjester på en profesjonell og engasjert måte
  • Inn- og utsjekk av gjester
  • Betjene sentralbord og håndtere alle henvendelser
  • Holde resepsjon og lobby ryddig og innbydende
  • Behandle personopplysninger konfidensielt
  • Ivareta gjestenes og hotellets sikkerhet
  • Aktivt jobbe med mersalg og oppsalg av hotellets produkter
  • Kasse- og kreditthåndtering
  • Diverse forefallende resepsjonsarbeid
