ThreeTraderでは、日本市場向けのマーケティングクリエイティブを担うシニアグラフィックデザイナーを募集しています。

求めているのは、優れたビジュアル表現力とAIを活用した高い制作効率を兼ね備えたデザイナーです。

複雑な金融・トレーディングの概念を、個人投資家にとって分かりやすく、魅力的で、思わず目を引くクリエイティブへと昇華できる方を歓迎します。

本ポジションは、デザインの企画から制作、改善までを主体的に担う実務中心のポジションです。

Growth、Marketing、Contentなどの各チームと連携しながら、日本市場に向けた広告・マーケティングクリエイティブを幅広く制作していただきます。

スピード感を持って制作・改善を繰り返し、ブランドの信頼性とマーケティング成果の両立を目指していただきます。

業務内容

1. デザイン制作・クリエイティブ開発

  • 日本市場向けのデジタルマーケティング素材の企画・制作（SNS広告、ディスプレイ広告、LP、メールテンプレート、アプリストア用クリエイティブなど）
  • 複雑な金融・トレーディングの情報を、個人投資家にとって分かりやすく、視覚的に魅力のあるデザインへと落とし込む
  • Adobe Firefly、Midjourney、RunwayなどのAIツールを活用し、制作効率とクリエイティブ品質を向上させる
  • デジタル広告やマーケティングキャンペーンにおけるビジュアルコンセプトの開発と実制作

2. ブランド管理・デザイン品質の維持

  • ThreeTraderのブランドガイドラインに基づいた一貫性のあるビジュアル表現の維持
  • デザインテンプレートやコンポーネントの作成・管理による制作効率の向上
  • 日本の金融サービスに関する広告・マーケティング規制を踏まえたクリエイティブの制作および品質管理

3. マーケティング成果の向上・ローカライゼーション

  • GrowthおよびPerformance Marketingチームと連携した広告クリエイティブの制作・改善
  • A/Bテストに向けた複数のクリエイティブバリエーションの制作
  • グローバルキャンペーン素材の日本市場向けローカライゼーション
  • 日本独自の文化、消費者心理、デザイン感覚を踏まえたビジュアル表現の最適化
  • 広告パフォーマンスデータを分析し、次のクリエイティブ制作・改善に活用

4. クロスファンクショナルな連携

  • Marketing、Product、CX、Contentなどの各チームと連携し、顧客体験全体におけるビジュアルの一貫性を確保
  • 複数のデザインプロジェクトを並行して管理し、スピード感のある環境で期限内に成果物を納品

Requirements

応募資格・必須スキル

デザイン経験・専門スキル

  • グラフィックデザインまたはデジタルデザインの実務経験5年以上
  • デジタルマーケティングや広告キャンペーンに関する実績を示すポートフォリオ
  • FinTech、金融サービス、その他サービス業または規制のある業界におけるデジタルデザイン経験
  • Adobe Creative Suite（Photoshop、Illustrator、After Effects）およびFigmaの実務スキル
  • Adobe Firefly、Midjourney、RunwayなどのAIデザインツールの活用経験
  • SNS広告、ディスプレイ広告、メール、LPなどのパフォーマンスマーケティング向けクリエイティブ制作経験
  • A/Bテストの基本的な理解と、データに基づいたデザイン改善能力

日本市場・言語スキル

  • 日本語ネイティブレベル、または日本語能力試験（JLPT）N1相当の日本語能力
  • 日本のビジュアル文化、デザインのトレンド、金融サービスにおける消費者の期待や表現に対する深い理解
  • 日本市場向けのクリエイティブ制作およびローカライゼーションに対応できる能力
