1、认同公司企业文化，对智能终端及OS系统测试工作有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力和团队协作精神，工作认真细致、责任心强； 2、 2027年应届毕业生，可长期实习6个月以上优先； 3、身体健康，能适应基础测试工作节奏，专业对口优先（计算机类、电子信息类、软件工程类、通信工程类等相关专业）； 4、具备一定的测试基础，了解软件测试基本流程（如用例设计、测试执行、缺陷跟踪等），熟悉手机、平板、手表、手环等智能终端的基本功能，了解各类OS系统（如Android、iOS、嵌入式RTOS等）的基础操作者优先； 5、愿意主动学习测试工具和技术，能配合团队完成测试用例编写、测试执行、缺陷记录及测试报告整理等工作，有相关测试学习经验者优先。
