职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、微电子等相关专业。 2、熟练使用至少一款主流PCB设计工具（Cadence Allegro / Mentor PADS / Altium Designer）。 3、理解高速信号设计理论（如传输线、阻抗匹配、回流路径等）。 4、逻辑清晰，具备问题分析和解决能力，良好的团队协作和沟通能力。 5、对消费电子行业有热情，愿意深入技术细节，能承受短期高强度工作。 加分项 1、了解FPC柔性板设计及HDI板工艺（盲埋孔、激光钻孔等）。 2、有PCB设计项目经验（如课程设计/竞赛完成4层以上板布线）
