1. 作为中日项目的 “沟通桥梁”：负责日本客户需求、技术文档的翻译与双向传递，确保信息准确无偏差； 2. 做项目推进的 “小管家”：协调研发、测试、产品等多团队，跟进项目排期与任务落地，定期输出中日双语项目进度报告； 3. 当问题解决的 “小能手”：收集项目中的难点与反馈，协助 PM 优化流程，参与复盘会议并提出改进建议； 4. 成团队协作的 “润滑剂”：组织中日团队线上 / 线下交流活动，促进跨文化协作效率。
