  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and coordinating requests across multiple internal teams.
  • Strong organization and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, requests, and priorities independently.
  • Comfortable handling customer escalations, delays, service issues, and difficult conversations in a professional and solution-focused manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, preferably with experience supporting U.S.-based customers or companies.
  • Proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where processes may still be developing.
  • Experience in food and beverage, CPG, contract manufacturing, manufacturing, consumer products, eCommerce, or DTC is a plus.

  • Monday to Friday, with approximately 4–5 hours of daily overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours for customer communication, internal coordination, and meetings. The remaining working hours may be completed asynchronously. Exact working hours will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and the client.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
