  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, inventory accounting, COGS, inventory valuation, and landed costs.
  • Experience with US sales tax processes, including tracking obligations and coordinating filings and payments with external providers.
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, profitability analysis, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills with strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Able to independently manage recurring financial processes and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment, with strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
