Einleitung

Als Spezialist/in für Praxissysteme bist Du als zentrale/r „Brückenbauer/in“ zwischen unseren Tierarztpraxen und unserer Software-Landschaft. In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du die regionale Verantwortung für unsere Standorte in Süddeutschland oder der Mitte/ Norden von Deutschland. Du übersetzt technische Möglichkeiten in klinische Vorteile und sorgst dafür, dass unsere digitalen Werkzeuge den Praxisalltag beschleunigen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Begleitung bei Software-Wechseln: Neben dem jeweiligen System Experten bist Du das Gesicht vor Ort, wenn eine Praxis auf unser neues System umstellt. Du planst die Einführung, koordinierst die Datenübernahme aus Altsystemen und sorgst dafür, dass am Tag der Umstellung alles läuft.
  • Praxisnahe Schulungen: Du erklärst den Kolleg:innen die neuen Programme so, dass sie sich sicher fühlen. Du hast Geduld für jede Frage und nimmst dem Team die Berührungsängste vor der neuen Technik.
  • Anbindung von Medizintechnik & Labor: Du stellst sicher, dass die Laborgeräte und bildgebenden Verfahren (Röntgen, Ultraschall) richtig mit der Software zusammenspielen, damit Befunde und Bilder automatisch dort landen, wo sie hingehören: in der digitalen Patientenakte.
  • Optimierung der Kommunikation: Du unterstützt beim Einrichten unserer modernen Telefonanlage und der Online-Terminbuchung, damit die Praxen für Tierhalter bestmöglich erreichbar sind und das Telefon am Tresen entlastet wird.
  • Schnittstelle & Vorab-Klärung: Über unser Planungstool klärst du im Vorfeld technische Details ab (z. B. welche Geräte angebunden werden müssen) und stimmst dich eng mit den Software-Anbietern und der Praxisleitung ab.
  • Support mit Herz: Auch nach der Umstellung bist du Ansprechpartner bei Fragen. Du hilfst beim Nutzermanagement (z. B. Zugänge einrichten) und fütterst unsere interne Wissensdatenbank mit deinen Erfahrungen aus der Praxis.

Dein Profil

  • Hintergrund: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als TFA oder vergleichbare klinische Erfahrung – Du kennst den Praxisbetrieb in- und auswendig.
  • Digital Mindset: Du hast eine Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen und Spaß daran, Technik für Anwender greifbar zu machen.
  • Fachwissen: Erfahrung mit PMS-Software sowie Verständnis für bildgebende Prozesse und moderne Cloud-Anwendungen.
  • Regelmäßiger Außendienst
  • Persönlichkeit: Du arbeitest strukturiert, hast Geduld beim Erklären und kommunizierst sicher auf Augenhöhe.
