Job Description
We are looking for a Danish-Speaking Dispute Analyst who wants to be part of our Nordic Operations team in Tieto Banktech. Tieto Banktech powers some of the Nordics’ most trusted banking systems with secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. Using automation, data, AI, and cloud, supported by hands-on guidance, we help banks modernize their core, strengthen trust, and deliver greater impact across the banking experience.
Our team supports leading Nordic financial institutions and works with payment card disputes, chargebacks, claims handling, investigations and related operational processes. You will work in an international environment together with colleagues across several Nordic markets and locations.
Depending on your experience, skills and business needs, your responsibilities may cover different stages of the dispute lifecycle. The role includes analytical case handling, review of transactions and documentation, and ensuring that cases are handled correctly and within applicable requirements.
Whether you already have experience from banking, payments or dispute handling, or have developed relevant analytical and case-management skills in another industry, we are interested in hearing from you.
When joining Tieto Banktech as a Dispute Analyst
- Investigate and process payment card claims and disputes
- Review transactions, supporting documentation and case-related information
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, card-scheme requirements, client procedures and internal guidelines
- Prepare clear and accurate case documentation
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders when required
- Deliver high-quality work within agreed service levels and operational deadlines
- Contribute to process improvements and the continued development of our dispute services
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple Nordic markets
- Share knowledge and contribute to a positive and professional team environment
Who we are looking for
- Fluency in written and spoken Danish
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A structured and service-oriented way of working
- The ability to work comfortably in an international environment
As a person, You are structured, analytical and detail-oriented. You are comfortable taking responsibility for your own cases while also contributing to the wider team.
We also hope you have
- Experience in case management, claims handling or investigations
- Experience from banking, payments or financial services
- Experience in dispute or chargeback handling
- Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard products and card-scheme requirements
- Knowledge of another Nordic language, particularly Norwegian or Swedish
