Vi bygger opp et nytt team innen Data, AI & Analytics i Tieto Tech Consulting, med fokus på mellomstore norske produksjonsbedrifter. Teamet leverer alt fra dataplattformer og prediktivt vedlikehold til GenAI-drevne løsninger, og vi ser nå etter en DataOps/MLOps Engineer som vil ta DevOps-prinsipper inn i data engineering og maskinlæring. Fra CI/CD og automatisert testing av datapipelines til produksjonssetting, overvåking og videreutvikling av ML-modeller. Dette er en mulighet til å være med fra starten av et team i vekst, jobbe tett med data engineers og data scientists, og forme hvordan vi bygger og drifter data- og AI-løsninger for industrikunder.

Hva vi ser etter:

  • Høyere utdanning innen IT eller tilsvarende erfaring, og minimum 4 års relevant erfaring innen data engineering, DataOps, MLOps eller DevOps med tydelig data-/ML-fokus
  • Gode ferdigheter i Python og SQL for datapipelines og automatisering
  • Solid erfaring med CI/CD for data- og ML-prosjekter (f.eks. dbt, Databricks Asset Bundles) i GitHub, GitLab eller Azure DevOps, samt orkestrering av pipelines (Airflow, ADF, Databricks/Lakeflow Jobs eller Fabric Data Factory)
  • Erfaring med automatisert testing, datakvalitet og overvåking (f.eks. dbt tests, Great Expectations, datafriskhet og pipelinefeil)
  • Praktisk erfaring med MLOps: eksperimentsporing, modellregister, utrulling, overvåking og retrening av modeller (f.eks. MLflow, Azure ML eller Databricks)
  • Solid, praktisk erfaring med Azure eller en annen stor skyleverandør (AWS/GCP), inkludert infrastruktur som kode (Terraform eller Bicep) med god forståelse for state- og secrets-håndtering i team
  • Erfaring med Docker; Kubernetes/AKS er en fordel
  • Forståelse for sikkerhet, tilgangsstyring og datastyring i dataplattformer (f.eks. Unity Catalog, Purview, managed identities, Key Vault)
  • Fordel: erfaring med LLMOps/GenAI i produksjon (modell-/agentevaluering, promptversjonering, MCP-integrasjoner) og/eller IoT-/OT-/tidsseriedata (Azure IoT Hub, Event Hubs)
  • God kommunikasjonsevne på norsk og engelsk — vi vurderer også sterke kandidater i utvikling på norsk hvis den tekniske profilen er særlig god

Hva kan du forvente å gjøre?

  • Etablere og drifte CI/CD, testing og miljøhåndtering (dev/test/prod) for datapipelines og ML-modeller
  • Sørge for at data- og ML-løsninger settes i produksjon på en trygg, reproduserbar og vedlikeholdbar måte, i tett samarbeid med teamets data engineers og data scientists
  • Bygge opp overvåking og varsling for datakvalitet, datafriskhet, pipelinefeil og modellytelse
  • Automatisere plattform og infrastruktur gjennom Infrastructure as Code
  • Etablere MLOps- og LLMOps-praksis: modellregister, utrulling, evaluering, overvåking og retrening
  • Utforske og eventuelt bygge agentisk AI-infrastruktur som en del av teamets egne leveranser
  • Bidra i kundeprosjekter med fokus på plattform-, drifts- og sikkerhetsvurderinger ("Infrastructure & Data Audit")
