On te propose de rejoindre une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes pour assurer le bon déroulement du service du bar dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale.

Tes missions :

  • Assurer la mise en place et le service au bar dans son intégralité : mise en place et réalisation des différents cocktails et boissons dans le respect des fiches techniques.
  • Contrôler l’état et l'approvisionnement du bar avant, pendant et après le service et informer, le cas échéant, des manquants au Manager.
  • Assurer la plonge du bar et veiller à la maintenance et au bon fonctionnement du matériel.
  • Aider à la mise en place de la salle du restaurant.
  • Garantir et participer au respect des normes en matière d'hygiène au bar (HACCP).
  • Participer au développement des ventes et à la fidélisation des clients en les conseillant en fonction de leurs préférences.
  • Selon les besoins et l’activité, participer au service des boissons en salle :-).

Les détails pratiques :

  • Contrat : CDI 35h à 42h/semaine
  • 3/4 jours en coupure + 1 shift midi ou soir + 2 jours de repos consécutifs
  • Rémunération : de 1 903€ à 2 338€ bruts mensuels + TIPS
  • Repas offert à chaque service
