Lancée à Paris en 2019, Tigermilk compte aujourd'hui plusieurs restaurants en France, au Royaume-Uni et en Belgique, avec une forte ambition de développement en Europe.

Pour accompagner cette croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Interior Designer & Procurement Manager passionné(e) par les univers de la restauration, de l'hospitality et du lifestyle.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les fondateurs afin de concevoir et livrer des restaurants uniques, en pilotant aussi bien les aspects créatifs que techniques, les achats et le suivi opérationnel des projets.

Vos missions

Conception & réalisation des projets

  • Transformer les concepts validés en projets parfaitement exécutables.
  • Produire l'ensemble des plans techniques : plans d'aménagement, élévations, mobilier sur mesure, plans d'éclairage, plans électriques, plans plomberie, dossiers techniques chantier.
  • Réaliser les relevés sur site et maintenir les plans "as built" à jour.
  • Garantir la qualité, la cohérence et la complétude des documents avant le lancement des travaux.
  • Assurer le lien entre le design, les achats et l'exécution des projets.

Achats & Sourcing

  • Piloter les achats liés aux projets (mobilier, luminaires, décoration, matériaux, revêtements, FF&E...).
  • Identifier et développer un réseau de fournisseurs, fabricants et artisans.
  • Sourcer des pièces uniques et des solutions sur mesure en cohérence avec chaque projet.
  • Négocier les achats et assurer le suivi des commandes jusqu'à leur installation.

FF&E & Décoration

  • Sélectionner le mobilier, les luminaires, les œuvres d'art et les accessoires décoratifs.
  • Piloter la fabrication du mobilier sur mesure jusqu'à son installation.
  • Gérer les échantillons et la matériauthèque.
  • Participer au stylisme final des restaurants ainsi qu'aux shootings photo et aux ouvertures.

Gestion de projet

  • Élaborer et suivre les plannings des projets.
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi des achats et des ouvertures.
  • Coordonner les équipes internes, fournisseurs et prestataires.
  • Anticiper les risques et garantir le respect des délais.
  • Faire avancer les projets avec autonomie, réactivité et sens des priorités.

Profil recherché

Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et aimez transformer des idées en projets concrets.

Vous possédez également :

  • Une excellente maîtrise d'AutoCAD (ou logiciel équivalent).
  • Une solide expérience dans la production de plans techniques (électricité, plomberie, menuiserie, FF&E...).
  • Un véritable talent pour le sourcing de matériaux, mobilier, antiquités et pièces sur mesure.
  • Une expérience réussie dans la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets en restauration, hôtellerie, retail ou hospitality.
  • Un excellent sens de la négociation et de la gestion budgétaire.
  • Un fort esprit d'initiative et une grande autonomie.

Vous êtes aussi à l'aise derrière votre ordinateur pour produire des plans techniques, en rendez-vous avec des fournisseurs, que sur un chantier aux côtés des entreprises.
