Job description

We are looking for a Communication and Dissemination Specialist with the relevant skills and experience in coordinating project communication and dissemination activities, with the goal of increasing project visibility within the EU environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing dissemination and communication activities in line with the project work plan
  • Managing social media channels and creating content
  • Coordinating communication among consortium partners (leading the partner group)
  • Organizing events (online and in-person)
  • Building relationships with stakeholders at an international level
  • Developing creative approaches for project promotion

We are looking for someone who:​

  • Is proactive, self-initiated, and well-organized
  • Thrives in international consortia​
  • Has experience in implementing dissemination and communication activities in at least two EU projects (Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, etc.)
  • Is fluent in spoken and written English
  • Has experience in digital marketing and social media​
  • Has an interest in or enthusiasm for artificial intelligence​
