The posting

TikTok Shop Sorting Center is dedicated to maximizing sorting efficiency and standardizing operations across our national distribution centers. By leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous quality monitoring, we ensure every parcel moves faster and reaches our customers sooner.

Lead the strategic planning, network rollout, and daily operations of all sort centers within the designated region. Export and adapt mature lean operational frameworks and automation practices to optimize throughput, turnaround times, cost per unit (CPX), and anomaly rates. Build high-performing operational field teams to support the rapid expansion of cross-border and local logistics networks.

Responsibilities 1. Network & Capacity Planning - Spearhead mid-to-long-term regional sort center network layout, intra-hub process flow design, facility layout planning, and peak capacity forecasting. - Drive technology selection, deployment, and capacity ramp-up for automated sortation equipment, including cross-belt sorters, dimensioning weighing scanning (DWS) systems, and conveyor lines. 2. End-to-End Operational Control & Cost Optimization - Oversee full-cycle hub operations—inbound unloading, scanning matrix, automated sortation, bagging/consolidation, and outbound linehaul loading—to guarantee strict SLA fulfillment. - Establish a granular, end-to-end KPI monitoring system tracking metrics such as PPH, parcel damage rate, missort rate, sort cost per parcel, and dock turnaround efficiency, continuously driving Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement. 3. Middle-Mile Coordination & Upstream/Downstream Integration - Partner closely with linehaul transport and last-mile delivery networks to optimize wave dispatching and departure cut-off times, accelerating end-to-end inbound/outbound transit velocity. - Orchestrate peak-season capacity planning, emergency contingency protocols, and dynamic operational load balancing (peak shaving) during major e-commerce promotional spikes. 4. Team Building & Cross-Cultural Leadership - Recruit, develop, and lead hub station managers across the region; design and implement standardized SOP training and certification systems for frontline shift leads and operators. - Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ product/tech, R&D, transportation, and local overseas HR/Compliance teams to ensure domestic operational best practices are seamlessly and compliantly localized.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. - 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in parcel, e-commerce fulfillment, freight, or high-volume distribution operations, including 3+ years leading multi-site facilities or large regional hubs. - Demonstrated experience owning operational performance in a complex, high-throughput sortation or fulfillment environment, including safety, service, quality, cost, and labor productivity metrics. - Experience leading site launches, major capacity expansions, automation deployments, or facility turnarounds. - Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational data into clear priorities and sustained results.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience operating automated parcel or e-commerce sortation hubs, including familiarity with WMS, WCS/WES, sortation control, scan events, and equipment integration into floor operations. - Experience at Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL eCommerce, OnTrac, major 3PLs, or high-volume e-commerce/parcel networks. - Experience with high-density, high-turnaround express or e-commerce operating models, including China express/e-commerce logistics experience. - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, PMP, or related continuous-improvement certification. - Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, build high-performing field teams, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
