Job Summary

You will support daily business operations by coordinating sales orders, managing material purchasing, planning production and installation schedules, and assisting with job costing and billing to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales orders with production team to ensure timely processing and delivery
  • Manage material purchasing by following up with suppliers and monitoring stock levels
  • Plan and coordinate production and installation schedules to optimize resource use and meet deadlines
  • Assist in job costing, verify job completion, and coordinate billing to support accurate financial records
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned to support overall business functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, purchasing, or operations
  • Basic competency in computer applications and Microsoft words and excel
  • Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills demonstrated through effective task management
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with a multicultural workforce
  • Responsible, diligent, proactive, and resourceful with strong initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in construction or manufacturing is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn through provided training
