  • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities for assigned initiatives.
  • Present technical findings, development status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Support evaluation of building code requirements, regulatory considerations, product approvals, certification pathways, and industry standards relevant to product-development initiatives.
  • Research technical, regulatory, and market constraints affecting product viability and implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external subject-matter experts to develop compliant and commercially viable solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, building systems, manufacturing methods, and industry trends relevant to Timberlab products and markets.
  • Lead appropriately scoped product-development initiatives when assigned.
  • Coordinate contributors, manage technical workstreams, and support achievement of development objectives.
  • Identify technical risks, development challenges, and resource needs, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Support preparation of development deliverables, stage-gate reviews, and commercialization planning activities.

MINIMUM SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
