Responsabilidades:

  • Implementar, configurar e manter soluções SAP Payroll (on‑premise e cloud), assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos legais, fiscais e de folha de pagamento dos clientes.
  • Participar em projectos de implementação, roll‑outs, migrações (incluindo integração com SuccessFactors Payroll quando aplicável) e suporte pós‑go‑live, garantindo entregas dentro dos prazos e padrões de qualidade.
  • Realizar análise funcional e técnica para definição de requisitos de payroll, levantamento de processos de RH e mapping de dados mestres, bem como concepção de cenários de integração (IDoc, RFC, APIs, SFTP, CPI/PI).
  • Configurar regras de cálculo de ordenados, schemas e classes, tabelas de remunerações, impostos e contribuições, e parametrizações específicas de país/entidade.
  • Preparar e executar testes de payroll (unitários, integrados e de regressão), validar resultados, reconciliar valores e elaborar documentação de testes e guias de utilizador.
  • Colaborar com equipas funcionais, consultoria SAP, áreas de RH e compliance para assegurar a correta aplicação das regras de negócio e a conformidade legal.
  • Fornecer suporte a utilizadores, resolução de incidentes e otimização contínua de processos de payroll; propor melhorias e automatizações onde aplicável.
  • Contribuir para estimativas de esforço, planeamento de entregas e actividades de deploy e manutenção.

Requisitos Técnicos:

  • 3–5 anos de experiência comprovada em consultoria ou implementação SAP Payroll em ambiente SAP ECC e/ou S/4HANA.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de configuração de payroll.
  • Experiência com integração entre SAP Payroll e outros sistemas HR, nomeadamente SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (valorizado), e com tecnologias de integração (IDoc, RFC, SOAP/REST, SFTP, CPI/PI).
  • Capacidade de análise de dados de payroll, mapeamento e migração de dados, utilização de ferramentas ETL e reconciliação de resultados.
  • Conhecimento de processos de reporting e cumprimento fiscal/legislativo locais; experiência com ficheiros de submissão e interfaces para entidades externas (segurança social, finanças) é valorizada.
  • Familiaridade com ABAP básico ou colaboração eficiente com equipas de desenvolvimento para correções e extensões técnicas — valorizada, mas não obrigatória.
  • Bom nível de inglês, escrito e falado, para comunicação com equipas internacionais e stakeholders.

Formação

  • Licenciatura em Recursos Humanos, Gestão, Engenharia Informática, Economia ou área relevante, ou experiência profissional equivalente em projectos SAP Payroll.

Idiomas:

  • Português nativo ou fluente.
  • Inglês: bom nível (obrigatório).
