Procuramos um Engenheiro de Software sénior especializado em Inteligência Artificial Generativa (GenAI) e práticas de DevSecOps. O objetivo principal desta função é desenhar, implementar e liderar a automação integral do Ciclo de Vida de Desenvolvimento de Software (SDLC) do cliente, integrando ferramentas, assistentes de código e agentes autónomos de IA.

Esta pessoa será o braço executor da transformação tecnológica, garantindo que a IA é integrada de forma segura e eficiente desde o planeamento e escrita de código até aos testes e deployment.

Responsabilidades:

  • Implementação de Ferramentas de IA: Configurar, integrar e massificar o uso de assistentes de IA (ex: GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor) e plataformas de agentes autónomos no dia a dia das equipas de engenharia.
  • Automação de Pipelines CI/CD: Desenvolver e otimizar pipelines através de técnicas de IA para deteção precoce de falhas, automação de deploys e orquestração inteligente.
  • Qualidade e Testes Autónomos: Implementar ferramentas de IA para geração automática de casos de teste, testes de regressão e criação de dados sintéticos (synthetic data).
  • Revisão de Código e Arquitetura Assistida: Integrar soluções de IA no processo de Code Review para garantir padrões de arquitetura, refatorização automática e deteção de code smells.
  • Segurança e DevSecOps: Garantir que as ferramentas de IA automatizam a análise de vulnerabilidades no código (SAST/DAST) sem comprometer a segurança de infraestruturas críticas.
  • Governação e Monitorização: Implementar barreiras de segurança (guardrails) para garantir o uso ético da IA, privacidade dos dados do cliente (evitando fugas de código em LLMs públicas) e controlo de custos das APIs de IA.

Requisitos base:

  • Experiência Sólida em DevSecOps / Plataformas: Experiência avançada em CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP) e infraestrutura como código (Terraform).
  • Experiência Prática com GenAI Aplicada: Domínio técnico na integração de APIs de LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), frameworks de agentes (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) e ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA.
  • Sólidos Conhecimentos de Engenharia de Software: Background robusto em desenvolvimento de software (Python, Java, Node.js ou similares) e padrões de arquitetura.
  • Foco em Segurança de Dados: Experiência em garantir a segurança e compliance no uso de IA (ex: configuração de modelos on-premise ou instâncias privadas na cloud para proteção de IP).
  • Mentalidade de Automação: Alguém focado em eliminar tarefas repetitivas e otimizar o Time-to-Market das equipas.
