En Tinet buscamos un/a Administrador/a de Bases de Datos (DBA) SQL Server Senior para sumarse a un proyecto con un importante cliente en Santiago.

¿Qué harás?

  • Administrar y operar a diario instancias y bases de datos SQL Server on-premise y en la nube (Azure / GCP).
  • Monitorear de forma proactiva la disponibilidad, capacidad, consumo de recursos, bloqueos y errores.
  • Gestionar respaldos, restauraciones y pruebas de recuperación (DRP).
  • Hacer tuning de consultas, índices, estadísticas y configuración del motor.
  • Gestionar usuarios, roles, permisos y hardening de seguridad.
  • Resolver incidentes y requerimientos, y participar en ventanas de cambio y parchado.
  • Apoyar proyectos de migración y upgrade de versiones.
  • Trabajar junto al DBA interno, con transferencia de conocimiento y documentación técnica.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Título de Ingeniería Civil o de Ejecución en Informática, o carrera afín.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia comprobable como DBA SQL Server en ambientes productivos críticos. Se valora experiencia en banca, seguros, previsión o sector financiero.
  • Dominio de SQL Server 2016 o superior: instalación, configuración, seguridad y recuperación ante desastres.
  • Experiencia en alta disponibilidad: Always On, Failover Cluster, Log Shipping y replicación.
  • Experiencia en tuning: planes de ejecución, esperas, bloqueos y paralelismo.
  • Experiencia con Azure SQL, Azure SQL Managed Instance y/o GCP.
  • T-SQL avanzado y SQL Server Agent.
  • Experiencia trabajando con ITIL y procesos formales de gestión de cambios e incidentes.

Deseable

  • Certificaciones Microsoft vigentes en plataforma de datos.
  • Experiencia con Bantotal y/o integraciones con SAP.
