  • Shop verbessern: Du analysierst unsere Customer Journey und findest Ideen, wie wir Suche, Produktseiten und Checkout noch besser machen können
  • Features mitgestalten: Du entwickelst neue Shop-Features mit – von der ersten Idee über Tests bis zum Go-live
  • Daten verstehen: Du arbeitest mit GA4 und unseren Dashboards und leitest aus Zahlen konkrete Verbesserungen ab
  • Experimente machen: Du entwickelst Hypothesen, unterstützt bei A/B-Tests und findest heraus, was wirklich funktioniert
  • AI ausprobieren: Du testest neue KI-Features für den Online-Shop, z. B. Guided Selling oder Conversational Shopping
  • Im Team arbeiten: Du arbeitest eng mit Development, Marketing und anderen Teams zusammen und bringst deine Ideen ein

Dein Profil

  • Background: Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, E-Commerce, Informatik oder etwas Vergleichbares
  • Tech-affin: Du interessierst dich für E-Commerce, digitale Produkte und UX
  • Analytical Skills: Du denkst analytisch und hast Spaß an Zahlen und Daten
  • AI: Du probierst AI-Tools gerne aus und willst verstehen, was damit im E-Commerce möglich ist
  • Go-Getter: Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist neugierig und packst gerne mit an
  • Nice-to-have: Erste Erfahrungen mit GA4, Figma, Jira, SQL oder A/B-Testing sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und hervorragende Englischkenntnisse.
