Deine Aufgaben

  • Du wirst die Qualitätssicherung unterstützen und neue Prozesse insbesondere im Ordermanagement und der Retourenabwicklung implementieren sowie bestehende Prozesse mithilfe von Automatisierung und KI-gestützten Tools optimieren
  • Du wirst Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenziale aufdecken, Projekte zur Prozessdigitalisierung ausarbeiten und eigenständig umsetzen
  • Du wirst regelmäßige Berichte aufsetzen und Meetings mit Geschäftspartnern leiten, um datengetriebene Prozessoptimierungen voranzutreiben
  • Du wirst aktiv an der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung in unseren Operations-Prozessen mitwirken
  • Du wirst in einem jungen, sehr internationalen und weltoffenen Team arbeiten, das Automatisierung und neue Technologien aktiv vorantreibt

Dein Profil

  • Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student:in in Deutschland
  • Du hast die wöchentliche Kapazität von 15-20 Stunden in der Woche für uns
  • Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit, was Dir dabei hilft, ergebnisorientiert und selbstständig zu arbeiten
  • Eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein Interesse an Prozessautomatisierung und neuen Technologien runden Dein Profil ab
  • Du arbeitest nicht allein: Du bist ein/e Teamplayer:in durch und durch!
  • Nice to have: Erste Erfahrung in Coding, mit Datenbanken oder im Einsatz von KI-Tools (z. B. zur Automatisierung von Prozessen)
  • Must Have: Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf erstsprachlichem Niveau (C2) und bringst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit (C1)
  • Ort der Tätigkeit: Berlin (onsite) - Bitte von remote Bewerbungen absehen
