Als Verantwortliche*r für unsere Nutzfahrzeugwerkstatt in Herzberg am Harz übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Nutzfahrzeugwerkstatt und führst ein Team von rund 65 Mitarbeitenden mit Unterstützung mehrerer Maintenance Planner (Kfz-Meister).

Bereich: Nutzfahrzeugwerkstatt Mitarbeiterverantwortung: ca. 65 Mitarbeitende

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Werkstattmitarbeitenden (Meister, Techniker, Mechaniker, Auszubildende)
  • Organisation und Steuerung des Werkstattbetriebs im Mehrschichtbetrieb
  • Sicherstellung einer termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Instandhaltung der Nutzfahrzeugflotte
  • Planung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen, Kapazitäten und Ressourcen
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen (Disposition, Einkauf, Fuhrparkmanagement)
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten
  • Mitwirkung bei Investitions- und Budgetplanung
  • Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden (Coaching, Qualifizierung, Nachwuchsförderung)

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Nutzfahrzeugbereich, idealerweise mit Trucks & Trailern
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, Studium oder Meisterausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Nutzfahrzeugwerkstatt oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Führung größerer Teams, idealerweise mit mehr als 45 Mitarbeitenden
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Werkstattsteuerung, im Schichtbetrieb und in der Organisation komplexer Betriebsabläufe
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie verantwortungsbewusste und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Erfahrung in der Steuerung über Kennzahlen
  • Erfahrung im Change- und Prozessmanagement von Vorteil
