Nous sommes TIP Group – fiers d’avoir obtenu la certification Great Place to Work® – et nous cherchons un Coordinateur Maintenance & Gestion de Parc (h/f/x) pour rejoindre notre agence au Havre et contribuer à la performance globale de nos opérations. Véritable interface entre l’atelier, les clients et les équipes internes, vous préparez et planifiez les interventions de maintenance tout en assurant la gestion opérationnelle du parc de véhicules. Votre rôle est essentiel pour garantir la disponibilité des équipements, la fluidité des opérations et un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

Votre quotidien

✔️ Préparer et planifier les interventions de maintenance : diagnostic des besoins, définition du périmètre des travaux, préparation des dossiers techniques et des ressources nécessaires (pièces, compétences, documentation) ✔️ Assurer la gestion opérationnelle du parc : suivi des entrées et sorties de matériels, organisation des visites réglementaires et coordination des prestations internes et sous-traitées ✔️ Suivre l’avancement des réparations et optimiser la planification afin de garantir la disponibilité des véhicules et la bonne gestion de la charge de travail de l’atelier ✔️ Être l’interface entre clients, équipes techniques et services internes pour assurer une communication fluide et le respect des engagements contractuels ✔️ Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des opérations : analyse des écarts, mise à jour des plans de maintenance, suivi des indicateurs et respect des procédures qualité, sécurité et environnement

Vous avez …

✔️ Une expérience dans l’exploitation, la maintenance ou la gestion de parc dans l’environnement transport / poids lourds ✔️ De solides compétences organisationnelles et la capacité à prioriser efficacement dans un environnement opérationnel dynamique ✔️ Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et idéalement d’une GMAO ✔️ De fortes compétences en communication et en coordination avec différents interlocuteurs internes et externes ✔️ Des connaissances techniques en maintenance (mécanique, électricité ou équipements industriels) et une bonne compréhension des enjeux sécurité, qualité et réglementation ✔️ Un bon esprit et le sens de l’humour – on travaille dur, mais toujours avec le sourire
