Als Meewerkend voorman ben je een essentiële schakel in het onderhoud en de reparatie van ons eigen wagenpark en die van de klanten. Je ondersteunt het werkplaatsmanagement, neemt taken over bij afwezigheid van de leiding en voert zelfstandig complexe technische werkzaamheden uit. Jouw werk draagt direct bij aan de veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van onze voertuigen en die van onze klanten.

Wat je gaat doen

✔️ Ondersteunen van het werkplaatsmanagement en overnemen van leidinggevende taken bij afwezigheid. ✔️Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan vrachtwagens, trailers en hogedruk vacuümmachines

✔️Stellen van diagnoses en oplossen van complexe technische storingen.

✔️Communiceren met klanten en interne afdelingen over planning en voortgang.

✔️Beheren van gereedschap, onderdelen en technische administratie.

✔️Meedenken over verbeteringen in werkprocessen en collega’s ondersteunen met technische kennis.

Wat je meebrengt

✔️ Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als monteur in de truck-, trailer- of hogedruk vacuümbranche.

✔️Een relevante technische opleiding op mbo-niveau (bijv. eerste of tweede monteur).

✔️Kennis van moderne voertuigelektronica, diagnosesystemen en storingsanalyse. Een proactieve houding en eigenaarschap over je werk

✔️Een zelfstandige, verantwoordelijke en communicatieve werkhouding met teamspirit.

✔️ Een goed gevoel voor humor – we werken hard, maar lachen ook graag
