Für unsere Werkstatt in Rheda-Wiedenbrück suchen wir dich ab sofort als Serviceberater / Werkstattkoordinator NFZ-Werkstatt (m/w/d). Dich erwartet eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle mit 40 Stunden pro Woche und einer auf nur drei Monate verkürzten Probezeit – für Sicherheit und einen guten Start von Anfang an.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, nimmst Werkstattanfragen entgegen und koordinierst Termine.
  • Planung & Koordination: Du sorgst für eine optimale Terminvergabe und koordinierst die Kapazitäten innerhalb der Werkstatt
  • Auftragsmanagement: Du erstellst und bearbeitest Werkstattaufträge, kümmerst dich um einen reibungslosen Ablauf und informierst unsere Kunden.
  • Rechnungsabwicklung: Du erstellst Kostenschätzungen (KVA) und erklärst die finalen Abrechnungen bei der Fahrzeugabholung.
  • Kommunikation: Du hältst den Kontakt mit Kunden – auch gelegentlich auf Englisch – und sorgst für eine reibungslose Serviceabwicklung.

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. NFZ-Mechatroniker oder Land- & Baumaschinenmechatroniker, Karosseriebauer, etc.)
  • Abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im Bereich Nutzfahrzeugtechnik, Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung wünschenswert.
  • Teamgeist und Zusammenhalt haben für dich höchste Priorität
  • Erfahrung im Servicebereich, Flottenmanagement oder Werkstattumfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein freundliches, kundenorientiertes Auftreten und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
