Objetivo da posição

Atuar no monitoramento, identificação, investigação e resposta a eventos e incidentes de segurança cibernética em ambientes industriais (OT/ICS), contribuindo para a proteção dos ativos, identificação de ameaças e continuidade operacional dos ambientes monitorados pela TI Safe.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Monitorar eventos e alertas de segurança em ambientes industriais, utilizando plataformas SIEM, IDS e outras soluções de monitoramento de segurança.
  • Identificar, analisar e classificar eventos de segurança, considerando sua criticidade e os possíveis impactos aos processos industriais.
  • Realizar investigações iniciais de incidentes, correlacionando eventos, logs e informações provenientes de diferentes ferramentas de segurança.
  • Identificar comportamentos suspeitos, atividades anômalas e possíveis indicadores de comprometimento (IoCs).
  • Participar das atividades de resposta a incidentes de segurança cibernética, seguindo os procedimentos operacionais estabelecidos.
  • Registrar, acompanhar e atualizar incidentes nas plataformas de gerenciamento de chamados.
  • Documentar investigações, evidências técnicas, análises e ações realizadas durante o tratamento dos incidentes.
  • Escalar incidentes de maior complexidade para profissionais mais experientes, conforme os procedimentos internos.
  • Identificar possíveis medidas de contenção e remediação, encaminhando recomendações às equipes responsáveis pela execução.
  • Acompanhar o tratamento dos incidentes até sua resolução, mantendo os registros devidamente atualizados.
  • Apoiar atividades de Threat Hunting, contribuindo com a coleta de evidências e identificação de comportamentos suspeitos.
  • Participar do desenvolvimento e validação de casos de uso para detecção de ameaças, sob orientação de profissionais mais experientes.
  • Identificar falsos positivos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de monitoramento e detecção.
  • Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios técnicos de segurança e indicadores operacionais.

Requisitos obrigatórios

Formação acadêmica

  • Ensino superior completo, em nível de bacharelado ou tecnólogo, em Segurança da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes de Computadores, Engenharia da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência profissional

  • Experiência prévia comprovada em operações de segurança cibernética (SOC).
  • Vivência prática em monitoramento, triagem e análise de alertas de segurança.
  • Familiaridade com processos de investigação, registro e escalonamento de incidentes.

Conhecimentos técnicos

  • Fundamentos de segurança da informação e segurança de redes.
  • Redes de computadores e protocolos como TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS.
  • Conhecimentos em sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux.
  • Experiência com plataformas SIEM e análise de logs.
  • Conhecimentos sobre ameaças cibernéticas, vulnerabilidades e principais técnicas de ataque.
  • Conceitos de indicadores de comprometimento (IoCs) e análise de eventos de segurança.
  • Fundamentos de identificação, investigação e resposta a incidentes.

Conhecimentos desejáveis

  • Experiência em monitoramento de segurança de ambientes industriais (OT/ICS).
  • Experiência com soluções SIEM, como Splunk.
  • Familiaridade com soluções de segurança OT, como Nozomi Networks e Claroty.
  • Conhecimentos em soluções de segurança como Palo Alto Networks e Cortex XDR.
  • Conhecimentos básicos sobre Threat Hunting e desenvolvimento de casos de uso para detecção de ameaças.
  • Familiaridade com frameworks e normas como MITRE ATT&CK, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS, NIST SP 800-82 e IEC 62443.
  • Inglês técnico para leitura e interpretação de documentações.
  • Certificações relacionadas à segurança cibernética, redes e operações de segurança.

Jornada e condições de trabalho

  • Modalidade híbrida, com atuação nos escritórios da TI Safe em Botafogo (Rio de Janeiro/RJ) ou no Centro (Curitiba/PR).
  • Jornada regular de 8 horas diárias, com horário definido em conjunto com o gestor responsável.
  • Disponibilidade para participação em escalas de sobreaviso.
  • Possibilidade de atuação em turnos noturnos eventuais, conforme planejamento operacional e legislação aplicável.
