Lokacija rada: Zagreb – uredski i terenski rad

Voliš rad s ljudima, prenošenje znanja i razvoj zaposlenika? Organizirana si, proaktivna osoba koja uživa u edukaciji, mentoriranju i radu na terenu?

Tvoji glavni zadaci i odgovornosti

  • Koordinacija i praćenje procesa uvođenja novih zaposlenika u posao (onboardinga).
  • Praćenje napretka zaposlenika i evaluacija usvojenih znanja i vještina.
  • Provedba edukacija i onboardinga u edukativnom centru.
  • Koordinacija, podrška i razvoj mentora u trgovinama.
  • Redoviti obilasci prodajnih mjesta i praćenje kvalitete edukacijskih procesa.
  • Analiza učinkovitosti onboardinga, praćenje KPI-jeva i izrada izvještaja.
  • Predlaganje i provedba poboljšanja edukacijskih procesa u suradnji s HR timom i maloprodajom.

Što očekujemo od tebe?

  • SSS ili VŠS
  • Vozačku dozvolu B kategorije i spremnost na terenski rad
  • Poželjno najmanje dvije godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
  • Prednost je iskustvo u maloprodaji ili velikim sustavima
  • Napredno poznavanje MS Excela i PowerPointa
  • Analitičke, organizacijske, komunikacijske i prezentacijske vještine
  • Sposobnost prenošenja znanja, mentoriranja i davanja povratnih informacija
  • Proaktivnost, samostalnost, fleksibilnost i usmjerenost na razvoj zaposlenika
