Ziel der Position:

Would you like to help build and operate one of Europe's most modern surface treatment plants?

We are looking for a technically strong and committed Lead Maintenance & Operations Supervisor for our new high-tech surface treatment facility in Cuxhaven, Germany.

You will be a key person in the establishment and subsequent operation of a highly automated production facility, with a focus on high uptime, quality, safety, and efficient operations.

During the start-up and commissioning phase, you will work at our facility in Varde, Denmark, for an expected period of approximately six to twelve months. This will be a temporary assignment. After commissioning, your permanent contractual workplace will be our factory in Cuxhaven, Germany.

  • Participation in FAT, SAT, testing and commissioning of new equipment
  • Documentation, follow-up and continuous improvements
  • Cooperation with Danish and German colleagues on operations, maintenance and production optimisation
  • Participation in the development of maintenance strategies and spare parts management

Ihr Profil:

We imagine that you have a technical background, for example as:

  • Automation Technician
  • Industrial Electrician
  • Marine Engineer
  • Production Technologist
  • Mechanic with experience in automated systems
  • or a similar technical education

In addition, we would like you to:

  • Have experience with the operation and maintenance of automated production facilities

  • Be able to work both operationally and tactically
  • Thrive on responsibility and be able to take ownership of technical challenges
  • Have experience with or an interest in managing employees
  • Be motivated by achieving results through collaboration

Experience with surface treatment, painting, process plants or chemical production processes is an advantage, but not a requirement, as training will be provided.

  • Accommodation in Varde provided by the company during the temporary assignment
  • A unique opportunity to be involved from the beginning in the establishment of a new production facility
  • Work with modern and advanced automation technology
  • Significant influence on the development of the maintenance organisation and work processes
  • Good opportunities for both professional and personal development
  • An international working environment with Danish and German colleagues
  • A central role in ensuring quality, safety and operations at a strategically important facility

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
