职责描述： 1.负责公司人工智能类产品和解决方案（无人天车、3D工业机器人、AI机器视觉检测产品、智能数字三维测量等）在钢铁行业、有色行业项目的运作与商务谈判、执行及回款工作； 2.负责钢铁和有色行业 重点客户的开发及客户关系维护，建立各相关行业客户数据库，挖掘用户需求，开发新的客户和新的市场领域； 3.负责行业内短期及长期的销售策略和战略分析，引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度，制定、调整销售策略； 4.技术方案的设定和撰写规划并完善行业目标客户群的拓展策划，开发多种销售手段，完成销售目标；

任职要求： 1.教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、通信电子、自动化、材料、冶金等相关专业优先； 2.行业背景：TO B类产品相关经验者，有色行业自动化产品销售、工业制造业自动化/信息化/智能制造/人工智能等系统级解决方案背景，有钢铁/冶金资深客户资源者优先； 3.项目经验：熟悉TO B类项目全流程运作，对挖掘线索、激发需求、立项到商务谈判、招投标等关键节点有较强的掌控能力，逻辑思维清晰，语言及书面表达能力强； 4.其它：有韧性、强大的内心和抗压能力、团队合作、对于项目成功誓不罢休的态度、对行业责任的使命感； 5.特别说明：可以接受高频率出差。
