1.相关专业硕士及以上学历; 2.精通C++，熟悉Linux和ROS的使用,2年以上项目经验优先； 3.熟悉多种开源经典的LiDAR SLAM算法，有在场景中应用应验,能独立完成激光SLAM算法模块的设计与开发工作； 4.精通移动机器人在未知环境中的地图构建算法。包括SLAM问题中多传感器融合、地图匹配，闭环检测、图优化等算法； 5.精通机器人自主定位算法，包括不限于基于EKF/PF等算法，进行激光、视觉 （含二维码）、里程计、IMU等多传感器信息融合； 6.熟悉机器人在未知环境中的地图构建算法，包括slam问题中的信息配准融 合，闭环检测等前端算法以及贝叶斯滤波，地图优化等后端算法； 7.熟悉各种类型激光雷达、相机、imu传感器的使用和多传感器标定； 8.良好的解决问题能力和团队协作能力。
